what transition is.?while leaving your school prepears you for your next school life. leaving a school to work or start a new school. starting a new job. when you are going to a new high school your previous schools principal makes a report about you. leaving the school and starting work. different teachers teaching different things or subject.by moving somewhere to another. when someone leaves there country and goes to overseas.
